About This Project
From the small creatures, like the gerbil and hyrax, to the larger gazelles, ibexes and wolves, to the variety of birds in the sky and on the ground – the Arava desert is a theater of magical wildlife. Yet sightings are rare, and this only makes them more special. In order to witness the wildlife of the Arava desert, you need a watchful eye, patience, stillness – and a lot of luck.
