Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
As the postal service here in Israel and abroad is beyond our control, we can only guarantee to ship the items as soon as possible. If you are interested in an express order (at extra cost) please contact us before you purchase from the website so we can check shipping options and prices.
RETURNS
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Great care is taken to wrap and pack your order carefully to avoid any damage in transit. However, if this does happen, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
